I left my truck at this place for a wash and it was the worst service they have ever done. I’ve been washing my cars here for more than 2 years. I always had to do some extra cleaning at home afterward, but until now it wasn’t a huge problem for me. On Saturday, May 2nd, I brought my truck in and asked for the most complete cleaning package they offer. The truck was very dirty. I asked them to clean it inside and out, wash the mats, apply silicone on the plastic trim, etc. A few days earlier, someone had broken the window to steal what was inside, so I warned the workers that there were still some glass pieces left. I had cleaned it at home before bringing it in, but I knew it wasn’t enough, so I specifically asked them to vacuum it very well. They offered me a wash package of around $100. Before the service was even completed, I gave an extra $30 tip and also bought a floor mat. In total, I spent $188 there. When they returned the truck, it was still dirty. There were pieces of glass on the floor in the back, dust on the dashboard, dirt stains on the exterior, and greasy windows. Very disappointing experience. Would absolutely discourage you to go to this place unless you want ur windshield getting cracked after the machine wash. Immediately after going through the wash, I noticed a fresh crack/chip on my windshield that was clearly visible from the driver seat. I returned right away to report it, because I am extremely careful with this car and would have noticed damage like this immediately before. Instead of even trying to help or investigate seriously, the staff immediately denied any responsibility and kept insisting it was impossible for their equipment to cause it. No willingness to review footage, discuss insurance, or even handle the situation professionally. I understand accidents can happen anywhere, but what really bothered me was the attitude and complete lack of accountability toward a customer raising a legitimate concern. When you bring an expensive vehicle to a business, you expect at minimum professionalism and good-faith handling of issues. Now I’m potentially dealing with an expensive windshield repair/replacement on my Porsche with zero support from them.

I last visited 21st Car Wash & Lube on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2025. It was my third visit. On previous visits, my white Ford F-150 XLT SuperCrew needed special attention as was the case this time around. In 2024, when the truck was brand new, I asked if they could get orange paint off my vehicle. This discussion was between me and one of the supervisors prior to running the truck through the machinery. The man stepped away for a moment. He returned with a small can of magic and a rag. With one gentle wipe of that rag, the orange paint was gone! Last spring, there was an ugly mark from bird droppings on the hood. I couldn’t get it off. I drove back to 21st Car Wash. They miraculously removed the mark without harming my paint job. On December 2nd, I indicated to Roman that the paint was badly scraped under my driver side head light. When the truck was ready, I checked for the scrape. It was gone. It looked perfect! I am astounded by the high level of service this shop provides. Been going for 5 years, and could Honestly say this is the Best car wash around & I 100% Disagree with All Bad / Negative Reviews. The commute is about 30 mins from where I live. I have no problem making the trip every single time I go. Very nice, hard working people. Even the cashiers have Good attitudes. They never disappoint. Their $60 wash is the best bang for buck, They wash the outside and basically do an entire Interior Detail. From my First day going til Now, They’ve Always done an Excellent job no matter what. Go on your free time for the detailing ($60+ washes) They can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour on the job, depending on the line and depending on the condition of the car. They close the Detailing at 5pm, but Regular Wash is 24HRS. $15 - $20 tip every time for their hard work🙌. Sometimes it may even just be one person working on the entire car. Every single car I’ve taken to them, they’ve done beautiful work. Thank you. I suggest EVERYONE to TIP for Great Attitude and Hard Work. 11/10 . 6 STAR Rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Highly Recommend .
